Haneda is only 15 minutes from central Tokyo! Take the Keikyu Line from Terminal 3 to Shinagawa (13 mins, ¥330 / $2.20) to transfer to the JR Yamanote Line for Shibuya & Shinjuku (or stay on the train for direct through-service to Asakusa & Ginza Line). Alternatively, take the scenic Tokyo Monorail (13 mins, ¥500) to Hamamatsucho for Tokyo Station.
Terminal 3 handles most international flights; Terminals 1 & 2 handle domestic and select international flights. Both Tokyo Monorail and Keikyu Railways have stations directly inside Terminal 3.
Late-night taxis between 22:00 and 05:00 add an automatic 20% night surcharge plus expressway tolls.
Trains stop at midnight (00:00). For flights arriving after 23:30, pre-book a flat-rate Haneda private transfer or use the official fixed-fare taxi lanes outside Terminal 3.
